Manufacturer Warranties
Ironclad Rings ensures all our jewelry is of the highest quality craftsmanship. Each piece is meticulously checked during manufacturing and inspected again before shipping to ensure they are free of defects. If you are not satisfied with our products for any reason, you may return them within 30 days for a full refund. For Thorsten Tungsten Rings, the money-back guarantee is extended to 45 days. After the 30 or 45-day inspection period, our rings are backed by a manufacturer's warranty. A processing fee of $20 is charged after 45 days to cover shipping and handling costs. Different manufacturers offer varying warranties. Please see below for details on each manufacturer's warranty. Note: These warranties are from the manufacturers, so they remain valid even if we go out of business. Other retailers may offer their own warranties that become void if they close.
Thorsten Rings Lifetime Warranty
Thorsten jewelry is crafted to the highest standards using quality materials and expert craftsmanship. We guarantee our products to be free of defects. Any jewelry that does not meet our standards will be replaced under our warranty. If your ring cracks or breaks due to accidental damage, it will be replaced. To request warranty work, contact the jeweler where you purchased your ring, and they will work with Thorsten for replacement. If your ring style is discontinued, a similar style may be substituted. Any third-party alterations, except engraving, void the warranty. Thorsten will replace the ring only; custom rings are non-refundable, and warranty claims on custom rings incur a custom fee. Engraving or custom work will need to be redone at the customer's expense. The warranty does not cover normal wear, such as scratches, as the rings are scratch-resistant, not scratch-proof. Inlay damage is considered normal wear and tear. Lost or stolen items are not covered. Damage to exposed inlays or stones falling out over time is not covered, though there is a fee to replace lost or damaged stones. Alternative metal rings are refundable within 45 days of shipping, excluding engravings, custom fees, or shipping. Shipping expenses for warranty work are the retailer's responsibility.
Precious metal rings can be returned within 45 days in new condition. A 20% fee applies to Thorsten Gold Rings if damaged, scratched, stolen (without insurance), or engraved. All precious metal returns must be approved before sending; unapproved returns will be sent back. Insure your ring when returning it to cover any loss or damage during shipment. Customs taxes from shipping are the recipient's responsibility.
Lifetime Sizing Warranty:
Alternative metals cannot be resized like traditional metals. If your finger size changes, Thorsten will exchange your ring for a new size for as long as you own it. Contact your jeweler for a size exchange. The ring can only be replaced for a different size, not style. Engraving or custom work must be redone at the customer's expense. The warranty does not cover normal wear, including scratches. Thorsten is not responsible for the sentimental value of the original jewelry. Shipping fees are the consumer's/retailer's responsibility. Check with your jeweler for any additional fees. Note:

- The ring can only be replaced with the exact same style and width.
- Thorsten may substitute a similar style if the original is discontinued.
All Other Designers' Warranty
Rings from other designers are made from the finest materials and are warranted against design or craftsmanship flaws. Contact us immediately if you find any flaw upon receiving the ring, and we will arrange for repair or replacement. Engraving does not void the warranty. Third-party alterations void the warranty. Customers are responsible for shipping costs for warranty work.
How to Use Your Lifetime Replacement Warranty
To utilize any of our manufacturers' warranties, follow these steps:
- Go to the “Contact Us” page and send us a message.
- Ironclad Rings will reply within 1 business day to validate the replacement and provide return instructions.
- Send the ring and return authorization slip in a padded envelope using a shipping service of your choice (e.g., Fed-Ex, UPS, US Post Office). Ensure the item is fully insured and request a tracking number. International customers are responsible for all shipping costs of exchanges/returns.
