The ring got lost by the post office. they were not tracking or something happened. the company literally called the post office for me and they opened up a case. the ring was found next day. It was crucial that the ring got there by a certain date. the company checked up on me all the way until the ring arrived and my husband had it. the ring was even more beautiful in person. my husband loves it so much he now uses that hand for everything 😂😂
